Stucco experience is a plus. Must be very willing and able. Ability to demolish and restore stucco foundations.

*Valid Driver’s License Required

Has ability to handle clients and their questions, ability to do a visual inspection and properly estimate the cost of the project by accurate notation of work entailed to execute the project. Generating of estimates, etc.

Experience is required. Has the ability to see the entire production picture: weather prediction for scheduling coordination, ability to handle customers and production team, prepare materials, color match. Oversee multiple job sites and coordinate and handle as needed.

Proficient in communicating as well as obtaining and providing accurate information. Ability to multitask and coordinate with various departments. Maintain all communication platforms: phone, email, text. Maintain a log of various types of calls. Must be polite and professional and punctual at all times.
